With the help of his family, Tom built this company from the ground up, bringing 17 years of business ownership and experience that began at a very young age. To Tom, plumbing isn’t just a career—it’s his life’s work. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to doing every job the right way, he has built a reputation for reliability and honesty. He provides 24-hour emergency service because he understands that plumbing problems don’t wait, and neither should his customers. From small repairs to major projects, Tom takes pride in every job and stands behind his work. His business was built on determination and skill, and that foundation continues to grow every day.
Michael – Manager & Master Technician
Michael, Tom’s uncle, is our manager and has been an integral part of the company for 12 years. Extremely knowledgeable and talented, Michael loves a challenge and approaches every task and repair like a true pro; no job is too tough for him to solve. He specializes in new installations and consistently receives feedback from customers about what a pleasure he is to work with. Michael is truly our master technician.
Chris – Veteran Technician
Chris is our veteran team technician and a close family friend who has worked alongside Tom since day one. A Navy veteran who lives just steps away from our shop, Chris is extremely reliable and dedicated to serving both his country and his community. Having been with us for 17 years, he isn’t just an employee—he is a member of our family by choice.
Jessica – Office Manager
Jessica, Tom’s wife, proudly serves as our secretary and the voice behind the scenes. While Tom handles the work in the field, Jessica manages the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly. She is there to answer our phones 24 hours a day, ensuring our customers always have someone reliable to turn to when they need us most.
Frank – Technician in Training
Frank is Tom’s nephew and the newest member of the family team. At 17 years old, Frank has already spent the last two years as a technician in training and has become our go-to helper. He is currently receiving “front-row” experience, shadowing his uncles, Tom and Michael, and learning the trade from the very best in the business.
